School Start and Finish Times

The school office is open from 8.30am to 4.00pm and the telephone number is 01282 614463.


Start times - pupils are to arrive from 8.45am onwards and must be in their classrooms by 8.55am, when lessons will commence.


Parents are to drop children off at the gate.


End of school day - pupils in Classes Pendle and Barley will finish at 3.25pm -any pupil who has an older sibling in school will wait in the school playground for their older sibling(s).


Pupils in Classes Marsden, Towneley and Wycoller will finish at 3.30pm.

Chocolate Truffles

Class: Pendle Year: 2019-2020

Class Barley and Pendle Year 1 have been making their own chocolate truffles for a special gift to take home. We made our own chocolate boxes, measured out the chocolate truffle mixture, rolled the truffles and then chose toppings for them. We had so much fun making a mess and getting to lick our fingers afterwards!! However, we found a cheeky elf had made a sneaky surprise for each of our chocolate boxes - chocolate sprouts!!! Bleugh! haha. Choose your chocolate carefully!!
